Brett Brudvik
Brett Brudvik works to serve clients in many areas of law. He specializes in aviation, probate, estate planning, real estate, land sales, business and corporate law, and business succession planning. He works with a number of political subdivisions such as water resource districts, rural water districts, cities, townships, and airport authorities.
Brett is a native of Mayville, North Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree in agronomy and agricultural aviation from the University of Minnesota Crookston. He graduated from the University of North Dakota Law School in 2004. Brett is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, Minnesota State Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, and the North Dakota Municipal Attorneys Association. He is also active in a number of community organizations, including the Goose River Lodge, KEM Temple Shriners, and the Scottish Rite.
Brett’s passion is flying. He is a commercial pilot and owns a single-engine Bonanza Beechcraft V-tail. He works to support and further aviation in all its forms.
Brett has presented seminars on elder law and estate planning. He is licensed to practice law in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Arizona, as well as the United States District Court of North Dakota. He has argued and won before the North Dakota Supreme Court.
