Darcie has a wide variety of legal experience but mainly focuses her practice on Divorce & other Family Court issues. Einarson is a seasoned litigator, having represented clients in complex family litigation for the past 26 years. She has significant experience with agricultural business and partnership dissolution as it relates to divorce matters. She has helped thousands of clients through divorce, custody matters and premarital planning.

Darcie has undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Education and loves teaching her clients about options and coming up with creative solutions. She has also been a certified mediator since 1989 and currently mediates family court disputes in the ND Family Court System.

She is based out of our Grafton, ND office. Darcie began practicing with Fleming, DuBois and Trenbeath. She founded Einarson & Gaustad, PLLP in 1996 which became Einarson Law Office, PC in 2000. Einarson’s two office locations, along with her staff were merged with Brudvik Law Office in 2018. Darcie states “I’m really excited to partner with the Brudvik Office for the diversity of services they can offer my existing clients.

Darcie has served the northern valley for over 25 years. She is licensed in ND and MN and plans to become licensed in Arizona. Einarson is the immediate past president of the State Bar Association of ND. She is also a Past President of the ND Family Lawyers Section and is a frequent presenter on Family Law Issues.

Darcie (Seboe) grew up in Park River, North Dakota and is a graduate of Park River High School & the University of North Dakota. She calls Grafton home but has a large service area and often travels as much as two hours away for court appearances. She has served as the Grafton Municipal Judge for many years and often serves as a mentor for newly elected municipal judges.

Einarson has two children; Sydney is married to Alex Bata. She is an NDSU graduate who is just starting her second year of law school at UND. Landen is a sophomore at NDSU. Darcie recently became a grandma and looks forward to spoiling her grandson like crazy! She loves to golf, spend time on the water, cook and travel. She’s an avid UND fan and enjoys attending sporting events, concerts and community social functions.
